This story is about a tiny princess and everything she loves – tiaras, fancy dresses, books, high heels, glitter, laughter and most of all, her Mama & Daddy!
I love all things girly, so when this Mama contacted me to do this princess themed photo shoot for her daughter, I was all over it! This stunning girl was amazing. It was all about her, and I think she loved that:) The camera loves her, and I think she really had fun. Not one thing about this shoot was a chore to her. This definitely goes down as a favorite of all time!

Tarpon Springs Senior – Class of 2013
June 11, 2013 11:31 pm Seniors
This was my 1st senior session I’ve ever done, so I was psyched to do it, but was a little nervous too! I’m used to chasing around kids, making silly faces and singing songs, so those strategies weren’t quite going to work here:)
This cute guy is a baseball player in Tarpon Springs, so we definitely wanted to incorporate that. He & his friends also spend a ton of time at the beach near their house, so we wanted to do some photos there too. It turned out to be a great night. He was so easy to talk to, took direction really well and was totally up for anything! The whole night was so much fun, and it really took me back to my own high school graduation and all the emotions that are running rampant at that time of your life….hope, excitement, fear, love, sadness, joy, nervousness..all wrapped into one! You’ve been waiting for this day your whole life, and it has finally arrived. I remember that day…it feels like yesterday and a million years ago all at the same time. What an awesome time of your life.
Congratulations B! Always remember this special time. It will be in the distant past before you know it! Savor it right now!

Family Beach Photos in Redington Shores!
June 2, 2013 4:53 pm Beach Photo Sessions, Families
This family contacted me wanting me to do some family photos for them while they were on vacation here in the Tampa/St Pete area. They were staying in the Redington area which was perfect because the pier is my favorite place to do beach sessions! They came out of the car looking picture perfect! Three sisters (who looked like triplets to me!) and their brother, parents and a husband were all in tow. They did a phenomenal job with coordinating their outfits. They were so much fun and totally up for anything. Everything was so natural, and they made my job so easy. Thank you so much for asking me to capture these vacation memories for you! I had a blast!

I had an awesome time meeting the R Family! They are seriously the cutest family and so nice and down to earth!! They contacted me saying they were relocating to NC very soon and wanted to do a photo session in Tampa before they left. They had their baby girl here in Tampa and moving on to the next chapter! Little Miss E did so good at her photo shoot! Babies are typically done after about 45 min, and she was still going strong with smiles an hour + into it:) I had the hardest time picking which ones to showcase on the blog because every single photo was adorable!! Congratulations R Family on your move! Wishing you all the best in NC!! Thank you for asking me to capture these precious moments. I hope these pictures always remind you of this sweet time in your lives!

I was so excited to do this maternity session! I don’t get all that many calls for maternity, so when I do, I’m all smiles! The P Family was so fun. They were easy to talk to, laid back and were up for anything! They are going to be such awesome parents to this little munchkin who’s arriving soon:) We did the session at University of Tampa – one of my favorite spots! We just strolled around and checked out all the cool little spots there and had a great evening. Mama’s turquoise dress was soooo beautiful! She looked stunning…the perfect little belly…almost 9 mos pregnant in these photos! Thank you so much P Family, and I can’t wait to meet baby very soon!!!

Met the beautiful T Family at University of Tampa! Aren’t they just a gorgeous family?!? So photogenic! We got off to a good start and got some cute photos, but then when we tried a family shot, these adorable little rascals made me really work!
You wouldn’t think that it’s that hard to get everyone to look at the camera for just 1 shot, but many times, it can be a serious challenge!! I try to tell all my clients that almost every photo shoot with little kids is NOT easy! I think every Mama thinks that it’s just their kids who are being uncooperative…it’s all kids!!
They have their own agenda, and it’s usually not in line with ours! We were determined though, and we finally got a cute shot, yay! Thank you so much T Family for asking me do these!! xoxo

April 12, 2013 9:27 am Photography Contests
This month’s photo challenge over at Rock The Shot (www.rocktheshotforum.com) is Motherhood…in celebration of Mother’s Day coming up soon! I love this theme. I could submit a million photos for this. But I have a favorite that I just took recently at a newborn session. It’s so sweet, soft and simple…and it makes me smile. What new mom doesn’t sit and stare at their beautiful child wondering how they got so lucky?
Thanks for visiting!
